—your body, your sovereignty, your whole, messy, imperfect, human self—
and connect with what enlivens you and who you want to be in this life
Beloved exhausted women,
Are you fucking drained from tending to everyone else’s needs and being who “you’re supposed to be”? The one who’s strong, perfect, and holds everything together.
Perhaps you feel ashamed that all of “this stuff” is coming up—unpleasant, uncomfortable, or painful thoughts and emotions—and you were taught to believe that you always need to be positive and life should feel easy and you’re failing if you can’t accomplish this.
You may have hit a point where you’re going through the motions of life, rather than living life. You’re disconnected from who you want to be or what enlivens you.
Maybe you don’t even know anymore what you WOULD enjoy, even if you had the time or engery for it.
Breathe, beloved. I see you.
What if you let all of the balls drop?
Who would you be if the stories of your own limits no longer defined you?
What might be possible if you trusted your own “enoughness”?
I’m here to remind you, you belong to your life.
Let’s get back in touch with the essential, vibrant YOU. The authentic, messy, beautifully imperfect YOU.
In our work together, we’ll co-create a courageous, cozy, judgment-free space for playfulness, curiosity, and experimentation. I’ll bring a carpet bag (Mary Poppins style!) of evidence-based skills and practices— including mindfulness, self-compassion, embodied awareness, and values-alignment—to intuitively respond to what’s needed in the moment. You’ll learn and practice tending and befriending your thoughts and emotions, inviting the wisdom and intelligence of your whole self. Together we’ll excavate your heart-felt, unique compass points allowing you to deeply connect to what truly matters to you - who and how you want to be.
You’ll expand your capacity to skillfully and flexibly navigate what life throws at you, while delighting in the freedom of living from the core of your own enoughness, your own belonging to this life.
